U.S. home prices up for third monthThe Business Journal of Milwaukee That’s the third straight month the index, which gauges home prices in 20 U.S. cities, has risen, according to data from Case-Shiller. It hit 143.05 in July, up from 141.42 in June. The index is produced by Brookfield-based Fiserv Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV) and published by Fiserv and Standard & Poor's. The index does not track Milwaukee home prices. Detroit, Las Vegas and Seattle were the only cities in the index that saw home prices fall in July.
